Terms of Service
Understand the account rules, plans and refund conditions before using the service.
UpdatedService and operator
Linka is operated by Toxicum Labs LLC, registered in Wyoming, United States. Contact: [email protected].
By registering an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy. You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement and comply with applicable laws where you use the service.
Your account
Provide an email address you can access and protect your password, passkeys and device authorizations. A personal account is for your own use; do not distribute your account or sign-in credentials to others.
If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke suspicious device authorizations and contact us.
Plans and availability
The purchase page states the price, traffic allowance, validity period, reset schedule and auto-renewal options. Review these before confirming a purchase. An annual plan may reset its traffic allowance on a different schedule from its validity period.
Speed, latency and available service locations depend on your local network, providers and device. We do not guarantee that every service location is reachable from every region or carrier. Network faults, maintenance or provider changes may briefly interrupt service.
Plan refunds
You may request a plan refund if, at the time of your request, fewer than 7 days have elapsed since the completed purchase and cumulative traffic used under that plan does not exceed 3 GB. Here, 3 GB means 3,000,000,000 bytes; usage is determined from the service’s settled records.
Apply through [email protected] with your account email and order identifier. Do not send passwords or payment secrets. After confirming eligibility, we process a refund of the amount actually paid for that order; payment-channel processing times may vary.
A refund cancels the corresponding plan and restores your entitlements to their pre-purchase state. Requesting or receiving a refund does not itself result in an account ban. This policy does not limit non-waivable refund or consumer rights under applicable law.
Acceptable use
To protect users and the service, you must not carry out or assist the following:
- Hacking, unauthorized high-frequency scanning, or serious unlawful conduct widely recognized as such internationally.
- Distributing a personal account, sign-in credentials or device authorizations to others.
- Deliberately abusing the service or generating artificial traffic that produces clearly abnormal usage. Normal use of a purchased allowance is not abuse solely because usage is high.
- Reverse engineering, modifying protected distributed builds or bypassing protections, except where expressly permitted by applicable law or an open-source license.
- Maliciously obtaining, disclosing or supplying non-public service information, access credentials or security information to third parties in order to attack, block or obstruct Linka’s service to users.
- Launching network attacks against Linka, its providers or other users.
Enforcement and feedback
Where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, we may restrict connections, suspend or disable an account. We may take immediate protective action to stop an ongoing attack. Contact [email protected] to ask for clarification or challenge a decision.
These rules do not restrict lawful complaints, legally protected reporting, honest reviews or responsible vulnerability reports to us. Publicly available information does not automatically become confidential under these terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Wyoming law and applicable United States federal law. Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your location remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. This page displays the update date. Material changes will explain when they take effect; we will obtain additional consent where required by law.
